After years of cooking for my friends and family, I decided to start writing down some of my more successful and popular creations. The more I cook, the more I come to love and appreciate good food and drink. I am always flattered when someone asks, "Would you send me your mac 'n cheese recipe?" or asks for hints on what to make for dinner that night.Why not use modern technology to keep a record of thoughts and experiments? I love to eat out, and with my new job I travel quite a bit. I look forward to posting recipes, ideas for wine pairings, and restaurant reviews based on my adventures around Washington and beyond.
